PRECERTIFICATION/VERIFICATION (FT) – BUSINESS OFFICE

Full time fast paced Precertification/Verification position.  This position verifies all insurance coverage and authorizations prior to patients arrival.  Requires excellent computer skills as well as time management, communication skills, and multi-tasking.  Fast paced environment.  Monday through Friday 8:00am –4:30pm.  Experience with obtaining authorizations and understanding verification of benefits required.  Minimum one year medical experience in related field and high school diploma or GED required.

STERILE PROCESSING TECH (SPD TECH) (FT) – MAIN HOSPITAL

The sterile processing technician follows guidelines in areas of asepsis, instrumentation, sterilization techniques, record keeping, and inventory control of equipment.  Requires previous experience in a medical facility as a sterile processing tech. Current certification preferred.  If not certified, must obtain certification within 1 year.  Hours Monday – Friday.

RN NURSE NAVIGATOR (FT) – NEW POSITION

The Nurse Navigator provides coordinated, patient-centered care across the continuum for patients undergoing elective orthopedic and spine procedures. This role serves as a clinical liaison between patients, surgeons, anesthesia, Surgical Pre-Authorization (SPA), and interdisciplinary teams to ensure readiness for surgery, compliance with clinical recommendations, and optimal surgical outcomes. The Nurse Navigator supports patients through pre-operative preparation, education, and coordination of required clearances while promoting quality, safety, and patient satisfaction.  Qualifications:  Required 1.Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. 2 Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in: Perioperative services,  Orthopedics, Spine surgery, Case management or care coordination, AND Strong knowledge of elective surgical workflows and pre-operative requirements.  Preferred: 1.Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).  Experience in a specialty or orthopedic hospital setting. Familiarity with surgical pre-authorization processes.   Experience with patient education and care navigation roles

ATHLETIC TRAINER KILGORE COMMUNITY COLLEGE (FT) – SPORTS MEDICINE 

Must be licensed as an Athletic Trainer or eligible for the AT License.  BSWTSJH is looking for an Athletic Trainer for  KILGORE COMMUNITY COLLEGE.  The individual will be working at a community college setting as a staff Athletic Trainer. All BSWTSJH athletic trainers collaborate closely with orthopedic surgeons, nurses, x-ray personal, and therapist.  Staff athletic trainers will be under the supervision of the school Athletic Director or Head Athletic Trainer along with the Director of Sports Medicine for Baylor Scott $ White Texas Spine & Joint Hospital.  Job requirements include care and prevention of athletic injury, rehabilitation, travel with high-risk sports, practice and game coverage, and training room management. This position is dedicated to the school and have minimal outside requirements. If work not related to the school is asked additional compensation will be added for that event.  Salary range between $56,000 – $75,000 depending on experience and degree level: included is health insurance, 401k, CEU allotment, BOC renewal, Texas License reimbursement. .

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT/CREDENTIALING SPECIALIST (FT)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Executive Assistant/Credentialing Specialist to support hospital leadership and manage medical staff credentialing. Responsibilities include scheduling, preparing reports, maintaining confidential records, coordinating meetings, greeting visitors, and ensuring full compliance with credentialing standards. Requires 5+ years of executive assistant experience, 3–5 years credentialing experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and proficiency with office software. CPCS/CPMSM preferred. Ideal candidates are professional, dependable, and skilled at managing sensitive information.

X-RAY RADIOLOGY TECHNOLOGIST (FT) RADIOLOGY

Start in X-Ray and expand your skills! We’re seeking a Radiologic Technologist to join our imaging team with a clear path to cross-train in CT and MRI. Perfect for techs looking to become multi-modality experts. What You’ll Do: Perform X-Ray procedures as your primary responsibility. Cross-train in CT and MRI with experienced team members (timeline based on your progress). Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and patients. Eventually participate in rotating on-call coverage starting with Xray across modalities (after training complete).  Requirements: ARRT (RT(R)) and Texas MRT license required. BLS certification required. No CT or MRI experience needed – we provide full training! Eager to learn multiple modalities.  Schedule & Compensation:  Monday-Friday daytime hours (no regular weekends/holidays!). Pay increases with each modality added – earn more as you learn CT and MRI. On-call premium pay once cross-training is complete. Career progression: Higher earning potential as a multi-modality tech.  Paid CT and MRI training – expand your expertise and your paycheck. Supportive mentorship environment. 

X-RAY Radiology Technologist (FT) – Outpatient Surgery Center

Join our collaborative OR team operating standard and mini-C-arm systems during surgical procedures. Work directly with surgeons in a supportive environment with modern equipment and experienced colleagues. What You’ll Do: Operate C-arm systems during surgeries. Manage imaging through Synapse/PACS. Maintain QA documentation and safety protocols.  Partner with physicians for optimal imaging outcomes. Requirements:  ARRT (RT(R)) and Texas MRT license required. OR/C-arm experience preferred but we’ll train the right candidate.  Strong communication and technical skills.  What We Offer: Professional development: CME allowance, tuition reimbursement, mentorship. Predictable schedule: Monday-Friday with rotating on-call.  Modern facility with up-to-date imaging equipment. 

Certified Surgical Tech (CST) – FT Main Hospital

Work in a state-of-the-art facility. Experience and certification required. FT Monday – Friday day schedule.

RN Operating Room (PRN) – Main Hospital

Progressive Operating Room utilizing the shared governance model. Minimum of 2 years recent OR experience in a hospital or multi-specialty ASC required. No weekends and no holidays. Candidates must have graduated from an accredited school of nursing and hold a current RN license to practice in the State of Texas. Current American Heart BLS or ACLS certification and experience working as an OR RN required. ACLS within 6 months of hire.
